2. Service Description

This service allows you to compose, schedule, and publish posts to LinkedIn. Features may change at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or API keys with others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. LinkedIn Data Access

This application only requests permission to publish posts on your behalf. We do not access, read, or store any other LinkedIn account data — including your connections, messages, feed, profile details beyond your name and photo, or any private information. The LinkedIn access token is used solely to publish the posts you schedule.

5. Third-Party Services

This service integrates with LinkedIn, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

6. API Keys

If you use the AI generation feature, you provide your own API key. You are solely responsible for any costs incurred through your API key usage.

7. Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post on LinkedIn.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that scheduled posts will be published at the exact time or at all. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
